The system used to manage the book-review workflow at MSI had become antiquated, a labyrinthine tangle of reviews, reviewers, editors, books, authors, publishers and publications with no viable upgrade path forward.
We worked with MSI to create a brand new system — called Myriad — that was modernized in every respect, from front-end UX to back-end code and infrastructure. What was once a digital liability for MSI is now a digital asset, built to evolve with its storied brands in an ever-changing publishing industry.
